Booking & Refund Policy

1. Direct Booking Deposit

To guarantee your reservation at Deodar Bliss, a advance deposit (50% of the total booking amount) is required via UPI or direct bank transfer upon receiving your host confirmation on WhatsApp or Phone.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Refunds

• 7 Days or More Before Check-in: 100% full refund of advance deposit (minus small transaction fee).
• 3 to 7 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of advance deposit.
• Less than 72 Hours Before Check-in: Advance deposit is non-refundable due to blocked room allocation.

3. Winter Snowfall & Severe Weather Rescheduling

If main Kufri-Fagu highway roads are officially closed by Himachal Pradesh authorities due to heavy snowfall or landslides, guests may modify their travel dates free of charge for any available dates within 6 months of the original booking.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the guest's original payment account (UPI / Bank Account) within 5 to 7 business days.
