1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
- Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and must be approved by the host prior to arrival.
2. Identity Verification (Mandatory)
As per Himachal Pradesh Government regulations, all adult guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon check-in. PAN Card is not accepted as proof of identity.
3. House Rules & Courtyard Etiquette
- Smoking Policy: Smoking inside wooden bedrooms is strictly prohibited to preserve pine timber quality and fire safety. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available in the courtyard.
- Quiet Hours: Loud music or amplified speakers in the courtyard must be turned off by 10:30 PM to respect mountain tranquility and fellow guests.
- Courtyard Bonfire: Evening bonfire sessions are organized under host supervision weather permitting.
4. Property Care & Damage Responsibility
Guests are requested to take care of property furniture and pine wood paneling. Any deliberate or negligent damage caused to rooms, electronics, or homestay property will be billed to the guest prior to check-out.
